HOT BEEF OR SMOKED TURKEY DIP 
1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
3 oz. chip beef or smoked turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. flakes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic crushed
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. butter

Variations: Use mushrooms instead of pecans. Delicious served hot with French bread slices. Saute onions and (optional green peppers) and garlic. Add all other ingredients except pecans and butter. In another pan, saute pecans in butter. Spread beef mixture in a baking pan. Top with pecan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
