8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c sour cream
3 oz dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1/3 c diced onion
2 tbsp. garlic powder

Cover beets with mixture and simmer for 15 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
