HOT BEEF DIP 
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, snipped fine
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sweet pepper, diced
2 onions, cut very thin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Blend together all ingredients except butter and pecans. Pour into baking dish. Top with butter and pecans.

Bake 30 minutes at 325°F. Serve with rye bread or Triscuits.
