HOT BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
3 oz. pkg. chipped beef, finely chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. instant onion flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Blend softened cheese and milk. Stir in beef, onion, green pepper and pepper; mix well. Add sour cream. Pour into shallow baking dish or 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
