1 jar dried beef, chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2- 8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
dash black pepper

Melt cream cheese & butter. Add remaining ingredients to pan & heat. Serve warm with corn chips.
