CORN CASSEROLE 
2-3 cans cream style corn
20 saltine crackers, crumbled up in corn
2-3 eggs, beaten and added to mixture
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar (unless you use real sweet canned corn)

(Number of eggs depends on how many cans of corn you use).

NOTE: Do not add any salt due to the salt in the crackers.

Mix all together and dot with butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
