CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts
2 to 3 slices ham
2 to 3 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. crushed croutons
salt and pepper
lemon juice

Beat chicken breasts until flat. Cube ham and cheese and place on each chicken breast. Roll up; dip in lemon juice, then dip in croutons. Place in baking dish.

Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
