CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 thin slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Butter

Pound chicken breasts thin. Place ham and cheese on chicken, then roll chicken from one end to other. Place toothpicks in chicken to keep them in the roll form. Cover with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and salt. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
