CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breasts, boned, 1 per person
Ham, 1 slice per breast
Swiss cheese, 1 slice per breast
butter pats
Melted butter
Bread crumbs
Parsley
Parmesan cheese

Season bread crumbs with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Flatten the meat of one chicken breast for each person. Place a piece of ham on the chicken, then a piece of Swiss cheese, then a small pat of butter. Roll up, then roll in melted butter, then in the crumb mixture. Place seam side down in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
