NO-FUSS CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned 6 slices baked or boiled ham 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 c. herb seasoned croutons, finely crushed Cut a deep pocket in meaty side of each chicken breast half. Wrap a ham slice around each half slice of cheese; stuff into pocket in each breast. Close pockets and secure with toothpicks. Dip meaty side of breasts in melted butter; coat with crushed croutons. Arrange coated side up in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings. |
