CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 lg. chicken breasts, boned
Salt
6 thin sliced ham
6 oz. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 can mushrooms or 1 pkg. fresh
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce

Pound meat to 1/4 inch. Season with salt. Place ham and cheese slice on each. Tuck in sides and roll. Tie securely. Coat with flour. Brown in butter. Place in baking dish. Make sauce of last 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
