P.'S SAUSAGE AND GROUND MEAT
SPAGHETTI SAUCE
 
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork sausages
3 toes garlic, minced
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil

Saute vegetables for 10 minutes. Add ground meat, cook until browned. Brown diced sausage in separate skillet, set aside. Add tomato ingredients to cooked beef. Bring to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Lower heat to medium and add drained cooked sausage. Season. Simmer on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over your favorite pasta.
