EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. loaf bread cubed without crust 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cubed ham 1 stick melted and cooled butter 8 to 10 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 c. half and half 2 c. milk Add the eggs, salt, half and half, and milk to butter. Put ham, cheese and bread slices into buttered 9 x 5 inch casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over it. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Cover and set in refrigeration for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. |
