BRUNCH EGG DISH 
1/2 loaf bread, cubed

In bottom of 9x13 inch well buttered pan.

1 tbsp. chopped onions

Sprinkle on top.

(1 tablespoon green pepper, optional)

Topped with one chopped ham or sauteed sausage or bacon pieces.

Topped with 8 ounce package shredded yellow cheese (may use more).

SAUCE TO POUR OVER TOP:

Whisk up:

6 eggs
2 c. milk (or more)
1 tsp. salt (or less)

(May add more sauce - add 1 egg and 1 cup milk.)

Cover with tin foil. Next morning remove foil. Bake 325-350 for 1 hour.
