EGG AND SAUSAGE DISH 
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
8 slices bread
2 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard, cheese and salt. Stir in browned sausage. Line casserole with bread (crusts trimmed). Pour the mixture over bread. Chill 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
