EGG & SAUSAGE DISH 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
3/4 lb. Italian sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cheddar cheese
3 c. onion & garlic croutons

Brown sausage and put in bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Add cheese to mixture and pour over sausage. Put croutons on top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
