HAM-EGG-CHEESE BAKE 
1 loaf white bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry custard
16-24 cheese slices
2 c. ham chunks
2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Cut off crusts. In a cake pan or casserole dish layer bread, cheese slices, ham chunks, cheese slices then bread.

Mix eggs, milk, and dry mustard. Pour over layers. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. In the morning crunch corn flakes over the top and drizzle with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.

Variation: Add onions, green peppers and mushrooms to the layers.
