SAUSAGE-EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 loaf bread 1 lb. breakfast sausage 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 7 eggs 2 c. milk 1 can Golden mushroom soup Tear up bread; spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Brown sausage, (crumbled and drained). Spread over bread. Cover with layer of shredded Cheddar cheese. Whip 7 eggs and 2 cups milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Spread 1 can Golden mushroom soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown. |
