SAUSAGE/EGG CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crusts off and cubed
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. link sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. wet mustard
Salt

Place bread in a greased 9x13 inch casserole. Top with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour on casserole. Let stand overnight.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 jar mushrooms

Combine soup, milk and mushrooms and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
