EGG CASSEROLE 
1 loaf white bread
1 dozen eggs
6 c. milk
1 lb. pre-cooked bacon
Salt
Pepper
Dry mustard
Cheddar and American cheese to total 1 lb.

Grease a 10 x 9 pan. Cut the bread into cubes and line the bottom of the pan. Beat together the bottom of the pan. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Mix in the bacon and cheeses while putting some to the side for the top. Pour the mixture over the bread, then sprinkle the rest of the bacon and cheese on the top. Refrigerate it overnight, covered. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
