NESSELRODE CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1/4 cup finely chopped mixed candied fruit
1/2 tsp. of your favorite extract
1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust

Beat cream cheese until very soft. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and pie filling mix. Beat as directed on package. Stir in fruit and extract. Immediately pour into crumb crust. Chill until firm, at least 2 hours. Garnish with prepared whipped topping, additional candied fruit and grated chocolate.
