SWEET POTATOES SOUFFLE 
Potatoes:

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients and pour into baking dish.

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and flour. Cut in butter, and add nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes mixture.

Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
