SWEET POTATO OR BUTTERNUT SQUASH
SOUFFLE
 
3 c. sweet potato or squash
1 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Add ingredients together; mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with topping below: 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. flour 1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix ingredients well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
