POTATO SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 med. sized potatoes
3 med. squash
1 onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/8 c. water
Salt
Pepper or Mrs. Dash
Ritz crackers

Slice potatoes and squash. Place in layers with chopped onion and cheese. Season every third layer. Repeat to fill dish. Last layer is cheese. Slice pats of butter on top and sprinkle on top with crackers. Sprinkle water on top. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
