SQUASH POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 c. sliced squash
3 c. sliced onion
24 oz. sliced white potatoes
6 tsp. lo calorie butter
Salt and pepper
Non stick spray

Use casserole dish with lid. Spray dish with non stick spray. Layer vegetables, salt and pepper as you layer last layer should be squash. Dot with butter and cover with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours (about six servings).
