SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. cubed yellow squash
1 c. chopped onion (white or green)
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook squash and onion in steamer until done. Combine squash and onions with butter and cheese and stir until cheese melts. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into squash mixture. Spoon into lightly oiled 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 6 servings.
