SUMMER - ZUCCHINI SQUASH
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. squash
Small amount water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash garlic salt
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook squash and onion in small amount of water, drain. Add remaining ingredients and put into a buttered dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
