RANCH COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut

Roll into balls. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
