MONKEY BREAD 
3 cans plain biscuits
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)

Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Coat biscuits in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place biscuits in a greased Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring butter, 1 cup brown sugar, water and nuts to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour butter mixture over biscuits until all are covered.

Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
