CINNAMON MONKEY BREAD 
4 tubes (7 1/2 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and shape into balls. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar mix. Arrange evenly in a greased 10 inch floured tube pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mix. Combine butter and brown sugar and pour over top.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before placing bread on serving plate.

Makes 1 loaf.
