CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD 
Use Country Crust Bread Recipe for this recipe. Divide dough from above recipe in half. Knead 1/2 cups raisins into each half. Roll each half into rectangle 18 x 9 inches. Brush with oil. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over rectangles.

Bake temperature: 375-400 degrees.

Bake time: 50-60 minutes.
