1 pkg. Duncan Hines Devils Food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla (or chocolate) pudding
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into 9 x 13 pan. Tilt pan until covered with oil on bottom. Pour remaining ingredients into an. Stir with fork and spoon until blended, about 2 minutes. Scrape sides and spread evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
