1 pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. water

Pour oil into pan. Tilt and put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir until well blended. Bake for 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
