1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Pour oil into 13x9x2 pan. Tilt to cover bottom with oil. Add all ingredients to pan. Stir with fork or spoon until well blended. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. May be iced or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
