1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II Devils Food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding (4 serving size)
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil. Put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with a fork or spoon until well blended, about 2 minutes. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
