2-1/8 cups (500 ml) veg oil
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cardamon
1 tablespoon turmeric
6 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Mix all Ingredients together, then add chicken mix well and chuck it on the BBQ or Grill your choice.

This is just a marinade for chicken, you can use with anything.

Will do up 4 lbs of chicken, so vary to suit size.
