BUFFALO CHICKEN BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground chicken 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup chopped fine green onion 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton) 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (FRANK'S®) 4 bulky rolls 1/2 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing 1 head of lettuce 1 bag shredded carrots Mix together chicken, egg, green onion, garlic powder, dry onion soup mix and buffalo wing sauce. Mix together until well blended. Form into into 4 patties. Grill burgers over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes on each side. Take burgers off the the grill when done. Split bulky roll. Place burger on bottom half of bulky roll. Spread Ranch or blue cheese dressing inside the top half the bulky roll place desired amount of lettuce on top of burger. Then place some shredded carrot on top of the lettuce. Top off with other half of the bulky roll. Enjoy! Serves 4. Submitted by: Ryan DaPonte |
