CHICKEN BURGERS 
2 c. chopped fine chicken or turkey
1 tsp. mixed, dry herbs
Pinch of garlic
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, unsalted and drained
Lemon to taste, takes place of salt

Mix together chicken or turkey and onions, peppers, and lemon to taste. Add the mixed herbs, then cottage cheese and mix well. Shape into 4-5 flat patties. Grill or cook each side for 5-7 minutes or until heated thorough. Serves 4-5 persons.
