HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Ore Ida hash browns, thawed
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed until brown
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (12 pkg.) Colby cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all of the above together and place into casserole dish. Melt 3/4 stick of butter and pour over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
