FROZEN HASH BROWNS CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, completely thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream or plain non-fat yogurt
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced

Combine ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
