HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup. Blend sour cream, onion, and cheese into soup. Stir in potatoes. Place in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole or 13 x 9 inch dish. Mix potato chips with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
