HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. pkg. frozen hashed browns, partially thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. crushed corn flakes (to place on top) Mix all ingredients, place in greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours until golden brown. For a complete meal, you can add cut up pieces of ham or smoked sausage and mix with all ingredients. |
