HELEN'S CURRIED FRUIT | |
1 (#2) can peach halves 2 cans pear halves 1 can apricots 1 can sliced pineapple 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries 1/3 c. melted butter 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder Drain fruit and arrange in large baking dish. Mix sugar, curry powder and melted butter. Pour over fruit and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving bake about 20 minutes longer. Serve warm. |
