FRUIT CURRY 
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can apricots
1 can sliced pineapple
1 can dark sweet cherries

Melt butter; add sugar, starch, curry that has been sifted together. Arrange fruit in casserole; cover with sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
