CURRIED FRUIT 
2 1/2 cans of the following fruits: apricots, pears, pineapple, cherries

Mix cans of fruit. Drain fruit for several hours. Place fruit in baking dish. Put glop over top of fruit and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

GLOP:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix well.

NOTE: Makes pretty and impressive dish. This dish is good with pork.
