CURRIED HARVEST FRUIT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruits
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. water
1-2 tsp. curry powder

Cut large pieces of mixed dried fruits in half. In 2 quart casserole, combine dried fruits and undrained pineapple chunks. Combine pie filling, sherry, water and curry powder; pour over fruits. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve warm with pork or ham. Makes 8 servings.
