HARVEST CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

1 c. of graham crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine ingredients, press into 9-inch spring form pan.

Bake at 350 for 10 min.

Filling:

2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine c. cheese and sugar; mixing at med. speed until blended. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust.

Topping:

4 c. thin peeled apple slices
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Toss apples with cinnamon and sugar. Spoon apples over top. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350°Ffor 1 hr. 10 min. loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool. Chill.
