SALAD RICE 
3 c. uncooked Watermaid Rice (cooked)
4-6 eggs (cooked scrambled)
2-3 c. cooked ham, chicken, etc. chopped
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
6-7 green onions

Chop the above in small pieces and soak in dressing (see below). 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent Dash pepper

Mix above ingredients well. (Black olives may be added for variety.)

While rice is still hot, toss all ingredients and serve. Serves 6.
