VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. potatoes, cubed
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped
1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
4 tbsp. butter

Add water, bouillon cubes, your favorite vegetables to a 6 quart pot. Simmer 2 hours or until vegetables are tender. Don't drain off the water. Add milk, Cheez Whiz and butter. Simmer until cheese is all melted. 6 to 8 servings.
