NEW ENGLAND CORN CHOWDER 
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
4 or 5 lg. potatoes, diced
1 can each cream style and whole kernel corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add potatoes, cover with water and cook. Add rest of ingredients. Heat -- DO NOT BOIL.
